Bazball isn't working. Perhaps they should just steal South African cricketers again?

There needs to be a middle ground between full Bazball and conventional play.

From Bazzball the points about the aggressive and positive batting are good and you can see how they can put teams on the back foot. That's great. However, losing 2 or 3 quick wickets and still trying to score quickly doesn't work.

Having players constantly in the media with this ridiculous arrogance can't helpful. If they believe what they are saying then they are deluded. They certainly have not dominated the Indian bowlers at all.

Anyway, they need to take the positive points here and move forward with that. Get the idiots out of the media that are talking crap and concrete on the 4th test.

Jimmy trying to turn the clock back with dyed hair.
You're finished son. Jaiswal treated him like a net bowler.

So the drs decision on Crawley has Stokes whinging about the rules.
The poms seem to find a decision they don't like then sook about it for days after the event.
They're just an ordinary team. No excuses.

Ben Duckett:

Duckett also felt without England’s ‘Bazball’ tactics under Test coach Brendon McCullum, Jaiswal — and other players across the world — might not have had the confidence to play in such a manner.

“When you see players from the opposition playing like that, it almost feels like we should take some credit that they’re playing differently than how other people play Test cricket,” Duckett said

They really are sipping the Bazball Koolaid aren't they.

So encouraging attacking batters to attack, play opposition batters into form and keep coming second isn't getting old Benny boy?

That's very cringeworthy by Ben. I will argue there has been huge improvement since stokes and Brendan took over, we are vastly improved on the 1 win out of 17 prior to them taking over. Just need to cool it on the saviour crap as it's hard to read. India in India are almost unbeatable so whilst you're all taking the piss I don't think anyone thought we'd beat them.

Baz Ball
Boycott Ball
Hammond Ball
WG Grace ball

All irrelevant , they are down 2-1 coz the series is being played in India

QUESTION
If he is not gunna bowl, Is Stokes Test spot in jeopardy?
Forget whatever happens in India perhaps, and judge him from now on ?

FC average of 13.16

highest score 44*

He's only young but has a FC bowling average of 61.85 after 7 matches so I'm predicting he takes 10fa
