Too good Strikers, they need to take the mic off Kelly though, make some runs and then think about it

The most pleasing aspect of the win tonight is the continuing great form of the locals Pope and Weatherald

And that we won with Matt Short failing, he’s unlikely to do so again any time soon. I can’t believe that I used to absolutely berate his inclusion in the team, most improved BBL cricketer over the past few seasons, I’m glad I inspired him

I think most of us were on that boat, always had the ability to hit the ball off the hip for 6 but couldnt score if they didnt bowl there, how that has changed now.
We can win it from here, both upcoming pitches will suit our 4 spinners, do we gamble and bring in Kann and leave out Bazley? We only need 8 overs out of Manenti, Thornton and Payne. I dont see how Bazley helps us more than Kann could

Not much you can do about this

Brown is in the zone and everything is going his way. It’s great batting.

Reminds me of Ponting in the 2003 World Cup Final when he took the Indians to the cleaners
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Disagree, Brown absolutely smacks them and has shown plenty of potential to do this, of course he puts it all together in a final against the Strikers lol.

His sixes over cover off the quicks is Aaron Finch esk.

He could barely hit the ball last match, 15 off 22

Would not be getting a game if Brisbane were at full strength

I'm feeling ill

Imagine if the IPL auction was held tomorrow, they would have been going crazy over Brown - nek minnit 25 crore richer. And of course, after all the hype about the spinners, the two pace bowlers have the best economy rate in this game.

Strikers in a hole at 2/40 needing 175 from 90.
Desperately need a score from Kelly.

Is Bazley the worst player in the BBL to play more than 3 matches this season?
