As you say, the summing up is showing that both of them have told some porkies and the judge actually said so.
But the biggest liars are those with a dog in the fight: the dis/mis information has been appalling
As Mr Whybrow said, the presumption of innocent until proven guilty has been completely destroyed in this matter
"Where sub judice just went out the window, where the rights of the individual ceased to exist."
We lose that - we lose civilisation. The media and the government will be judge, jury and executioner
