Todays wrap is ham, gherkins, wicked onions, tomato, coleslaw mix, whole egg mayo ( only type ) and lots of cracked black pepper.

Tried Beerenburgs hot tomato chutney with that mix Booney? Delicious


I can’t eat bread anymore so wraps are my go to.

I’ve got my standard Monday-Wednesday lunch:
Prawns, home grown cherry tomatoes, Lebanese cucumber, baby spinach, corn, bean sprouts and this weeks special guest…….beetroot.
