Golf in general

Anyone willing to spend the money on corporate this year?

Basically $400-450 gets you 3 drinks. $600+ gets you beer all day. $800+ gets you food and spirits too.

I can't justify that.

I just saw your tweet.

How much were these tickets last year?

Does feel like they've added on extra areas and there is an increase in price.

Now I fear what the Grounds Pass might be...

They've gone up, I reckon they kicked off around $250-280 last year.

Grounds passes will be $100+ on the weekend I reckon.

Yeh, not paying nearly $500 for 3 drinks. Went to Derby Day last week in Furphy Deck just past winning post for same cost and drinks all day and amazing food just kept coming out till after 5pm, that was good value we thought. Plus when you saw the lines taking up to 40 mins to get a drink or food you knew it was a great deal.

The best one is the $800 deal near the green which comes with food and drinks all day, but way too expensive. I am not sure they have gone up that much in price, but maybe wrong there.

As a member, we enjoyed just walking around following groups etc, went up to members bar for drink, something to eat and rest for a bit, so happy to do that again.

I was gonna look at 1 day of hospitality. I just enjoyed wandering around to various spots last year.

Be interesting to see the cost of Pro AM.

Heading to the Garden on the Watering Hole first day. $589.00 for beer and wine all day. We said we'd do it after not doing it last year so looking forward to it. Tried to get other packages but they had already sold out.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Ticket sales are going well I other packages sold out.

I just hope they don't open the floodgates for GA so to speak.
The ease of moving around was good.

You would think going by feedback last year there will be more outlets to get drinks and food, more toilets, more bins etc. Heard 30k per day, so bit more than last year,

You would think they could make a killing by having some $250-$300 range day packages with some simple decking near some of the other greens. Seem to be pointed towards the corporates now (which if fair)

I paid $2025 for 3 days on the 12th Green.

I’ll likely get some tickets through work, but wasn’t risking it.

LIV have sold-out 80% of hospitality for the event in Adelaide next year, despite tickets only being on sale for just over 24 hours. Greg Norman told Australian Golf Digest:

“I’ve been following the numbers by the hour and it’s unprecedented. In the first 24 hours of hospitality going on-sale, we had sold two-and-half-times more tickets than last year in that same time period. In total, 80 percent of our hospitality allocation has already sold out. Not surprisingly, Adelaide is again leading the world on showing the real value of LIV Golf and the impact it delivers. Golf is a force for good!”
