GG very and obviously too good.

Perfectly drilled and good talent everywhere.

Will be top 3 in D1 in 2024

Payneham needs to think very carefully about where to from here because that wasn’t it

Watching GG a couple of weeks ago the stand outs were the skill level and the organisation. Having seen a bit of Div 2 over the last however many years they are well in the converation as the best side coming through the grade. I think SPOC a few years back were very good GG might have them covered. Should do well next year.

It's so scary/crazy how strong GG are as as a club, smashed the door down to get into Div 1. Absolute football factory out there.

PNU 2023 was a 5-10 goal better side than PNU 2022

On that metric GG in the conversation with those clubs

beating a team that got relegated the following year in a grand final doesnt mean youre going to stroll into div 1 and dominate

spoc didnt lose a game in 2018 in division 2 and they finished 9-9 the following year in d1. people were saying the same thing about them heading into 2019. funny how much people underrate the top division until they get there.

Fair shout. GG's ressies completed their 4-peat on Saturday, so their depth is strong. Will be the side to watch in 2024, but I tend to agree that it might take a bit to match the likes of PAC, Glenunga etc.
