No doubt the Eagles will make the Wright decision with this one.

Heard his name mentioned as well as Heath Younie.

Jeff Andrews is available I believe :-)

As a South supporter, what's the vibe in respect to Sproule leaving.

Big loss.
Interestingly after the season had ended there was some chatter around the club that Nik and Harry were looking at returning to Victoria next year.
If we lose Boyd as well it would be a disaster

O'Neill was particularly good in the first half of the season before form trailed off a little. Will likely poll in the top 3 of the Knuckey Cup.

Sproule...I dont know the full details behind what the club needed to do to entice him across, but to see him walk to a country/local comp after 12 months is extremely disappointing. You could cop it if he was heading back interstate. Had a decent enough season in a poor side without dominating. As others have mentioned, it's disheartening when guys in their early to mid 20s who are a year or two out of the AFL system opt to play country/ammos. But this is nothing new unfortunately.

Only in terms of goals (just on 2 per game).

I would hazard a guess and say none of them were as a result of a second effort or by winning a free by tackling.

Was spoken to a number of times about his complete lack of effort.

O'Neil will I think end up at Norwood. Can play football. Not a slight on him but he is one concussion away from retiring and probably requires surgery on his ongoing back/hamstring issues. Racks up the possies. If he was a better user would have made it in the AFL.

Smith. Not sure how you can be on an AFL list for 4 years and not be able to kick properly.

Re: Sproule, yeah that's a fair enough assessment Doc. "Decent enough" might have been a touch generous. Was a lead up, take a mark, kick a goal type of player. Other than that didn't involve himself, and wouldn't have walked off with muddy shorts too often.

Matthew Nunn an out for Norwood.

I would say O'Neil would be almost a cert to go there now.

Alastair Lord got delisted by Essendon and is apparently coming back to Norwood. He will go ok in the SANFL

I'm hearing Scott Thompson to coach the Eagles next year. Just waiting for his season to finish at Unley before the announcement
