Flaggy
36pts
1 scrub from a silly little rushed tap in
Changed my set up with my left foot square on whereas I normally have it flared out a tad.
Highlight was the 9th and a 7i baby draw over the bunker that was tracking nicely from the moment it left the club.

Perfect night for golf, had a par on the 1st & 3rd, bogeyed every other hole except had a quadruple 8 on the 2nd for a 46 and 18 points, very happy except for that one hole, playing weekly is just around the corner again.

It can be any number of balls.
But in recent times the majority have been played using Titelist Tru Feel. Mainly cos I had money to spend on my account at the club and options at moment are limited.

Flaggy
Monthly medal

Course is in good nice. Fairways are giving a little more roll with a few days of sunny.
Greens were nice and quick

Started off solidly until a water ball on the 7th.
46 after 9.

10th, think I was lucky to make contact with the ball, then hit a tree. Then another tree ended with 8
Outside of that it was ok. 43 on back 9 for an 89.

Vines this morning.
Course still in excellent condition.
Has dried up so heaps of run in fairways etc.
Greens are quick.
Monthly medal for Vines and its off the Black markers.
Good rule they have once you are 3 over for that hole you pick up. Just as if playing stableford. Cos golflink reverts everything back to stableford anyway. And keeps the game moving.

99 off the stick.
Driving wasn't as constant as I'd have hoped.
Birdied the 5th was a highlight.
48 front 9.
51 coming home.

Driving range today.

Fathers Day. Glorious weather. The joint was packed. More than a few yummy mummies in attendance. Hard to concentrate!

Hit them awful. Bad. Hideous.

Need beer now to forget the golf.

Yummy Mummies won the day!

Ducked out for comp, last group of the day Flaggy
Started with a birdie on 10th.
Fairly solid first 7 holes for 15pts then stumbled a tad.
Then birdied the 4th, narrowly missed chipping in for eagle
Last few holes were a battle.
28pts.

Mid week comp had 36 points, just did everything ok. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad.

Booked in the comp tomorrow at Glenelg 11.57am but weather doesn’t look good. Want to play tomorrow as a practice for a golf day at Glenelg Friday.

Super keen, hope the weather gods smile on me and not piss down on me!
