Jack Riewoldt’s turn to announce his retirement.
Really thought he would head up to the Suns with Dimma and play a year or two

His chase down tackle in the 1st qtr of the 2017 GF set the tone for the day.

Good players become great when they step up in GFs
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

After all these retirements, I'm more surprised that Phil Davis hasn't officially pulled the pin.

I just dont understand why the ball needs to be bounced!
Geelong v Collingwood some absolute shockers and not recalled, and when there is a fair bounce commentators make comment "great bounce" 8-}

Surely we don't go to the footy to watch umpires bounce the ball, all the players want is a fair go.

100%.....

If the 'first bounce' has to stay for some weird mythical reason do it like the first pitch in baseball. Not part of the actual game but get people in to do the honor first bounce before the game starts, in between the coin toss and the game actually starting.

Letting bad bounces go resulted in at least one momentum swing.
A constant cause of frustration to me. Sad part about it most of these clowns can't even throw it up straight either.
Scrap the bounce and put the time that was previously put into practising the bounce into practising throwing the ball up straight! Maybe get some basketball refs in!

Hardwick to coach Gold Coast for next 6 years.

If he can't get them to finals should just close the place down.
