Because Australia have always played in the spirit of the game hey???

Nope, however it’s something that seriously happens at every level every week. It’s lazy Cricket at Test level and out every day of the week. To play the spirit of the game card is seriously laughable!
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Usman wasn’t happy at a couple of the old cronies in the long room and looked like he wanted to belt one. Wonder what was said

Yeah noticed that…hopefully it was in regards to the bairstow dismissal and not anything more personal or upsetting.

But Australia messed up in that last hour of play by going back completely to that short ball stuff to Dunkett. 4-down for bugger all, why not really attack him with some quick bowling at the top of off and 2 slips and 2 gullies. See whether he really is Test Match material.
They did this first and to be fair Dunkett absolutely smashed them behind point

He had, but I would have given Starc another spell at it when it was around 4/70.

That was disgraceful by the Aussies. Keeping up the same tactics, not enough clear thinking to even give Labuschagne or Head a bowl
After three balls of that Green over, bring in a regulation field and bowl at the stumps. Don't keep doing what Stokes wants.
Similarly, when you've got three balls at Broad, regulation field, couple of balls to get him on the backfoot and then have a go at the stumps or get him nicking to slips.
I feel this Test Cummins has looked a bit unsettled and got a bit emotional at times, including when he got out yesterday.
This Test has got a bit ugly, both teams are to blame, but I don't think the umpires should be absolved for allowing England to bowl how they did yesterday for so long,

Don’t agree with it at all.
The same England that ran a bloke out at Lords who wandered out of his crease after awaiting a LBW appeal.

This will be over in 20 minutes if they keep bowling so short.
