I love flathead but why would you eat the tails?
We used to throw them to the sea gulls.

Just asked my pommy wife what eating fish tails means to her and she said either something you throw to a seagull or some sick poor **** that has no food?
Glad its not just me.

If you're a good filletter, you'll have the tail, backbone and head all attached to throw to the sea gulls and pelicans.

Why do you think I buy them already filleted?

Have to admit my father(long past) was a damn good filleter. While I will pay to have them pre filleted. Still good win by GWS, don’t you think?
