Starc survives yet again

Good to see Swepson get an opportunity, really interested to see he goes. I'm also interested to read/hear from the Aussies why he replaces Hazlewood and not Starc.

I would imagine due to the footmarks assisting Lyon? But we'll see what they say.

It'll be interesting to see how Lyon goes bowling with Swepson. From memory, the GOAT hasn't always performed so well when deployed in tandem with another slow bowler.

Yes that is probably part of the reason, I just read that Cummins has indicated he expects some reverse swing so maybe that's why they've decided to pick Starc ahead of Hazlewood.

Sadly crowds in the windies have been shit for a long time.

A combination of cost of living/ticket prices and just a lack of interest in the sport over there

Sadly cricket is a clear third in popularity over there behind football and basketball.
