My only tip, when you season it keep notes on fuel load, temp reached and how long it stayed there, great learning for when you do your first cook.

Trial run= 2 hunks of meat.

My second run= A brisket, a lamb shoulder, 3 pork scotch fillets, a pork belly and 2kgs of buffalo chicken pieces, all with different rubs.

The Laptop Surgeon at Hindmarsh Square

Fixed my laptop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Thought it was cactus but somehow he fixed it.
