Drivers licence number would be all I would add to that.

No way i would be giving out my drivers licence number, i am shocked daily of the amount of people that let the other party take an image of their drivers licence, thats asking for trouble, you are by law only obliged to give your name and address, it is just common courtesy to advise your insurance company and contact phone number
