I think he needs that bit of extra time and if he gets stranded with the tail doesn’t have that fire power/hitting circle.
You've gone from questioning Greens strengths to suggesting he could possibly be moved up the order, a change in opinion on him whufc?

All kind of the same theory, I think he has a great technique and mentally very strong. I think his strength is that he can ‘grind’ an innings and wear bowlers down rather than being a stroke maker hitting 360 degrees. I think the strengths he does have (which are very suited to test cricket) are also better suited to batting at 5 where he will get the opportunity to be patient for longer with recognised batters, less run rate pressure as well.

If he constantly gets to 20 and then has to bat with Cummings, Starc etc I don’t think we will see the best of him. Let him bat at 5, let him be patient and build an innings.

Fair enough, so far he definitely looks to bat time and occupy the crease and 'grind' an innings out like you said more than Wade and Head who like to take more risks for example so it could be an option. I'd just like to see him to stay in the side at 6 for now and hopefully an extended period of time.

According to two eyewitness reports, both separate Indian supporters, the six people ejected from the SCG did not use any racial remarks. They were calling Siraj “Shiraz” and the final thing they said was “welcome to Sydney Siraj” Stupid things to say but not sure they were worth being booted. Maybe things say were lost in translation?

ive seen reports that Siraj doesn't speak english, so if true would be hard for him to say what was being said.

Incredible, even in the bush cricket I played I felt the faintest edge, even a couple that the opposition never appealed for
