Well I wouldn't have expected it, but then nobody does...

I'd say members of the task-force are unlikely to have a fanatical devotion to the Pope.

How about comfy chairs?

Definitely, and a torture rack like this that'll guarantee the truth:

The thing is, even with this type of inquisition, his answers may not be of assistance...

At least we know that they had 36 detectives looking at 400 hours of CCTV footage. Nothing to see yet. Don't know why they had to have a separate presser to tell us nothing.

I got tested Saturday afternoon. There was hardly any cars in the queue, so I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Left at 4.30pm on Saturday and got my result back 4.30pm Sunday ... negative.

So channel 7 last night went with the story that our famous Spaniard, no not this one:
Image

But rather our Spanish Pizza f-wit, has been seen on CCTV visiting rooms in the Peppers Hotel, despite only being employed to work at the Stamford.

So the question is, was he delivering his goods to medi-hotel guests who were bored with nothing to do but try some new product?

Is he actually patient zero and the poor cleaner caught it from him?

Gotta laugh at the so called 'security' in these facilities when a cook from the stamford is seen on 400 hours of CCTV footage visiting room to room at the Peppers.

Nah, it was rubbish.
Basically an opinion piece from him trying to defend the journos hidden as a week in review.

Tom continues to push the theory that paying the workers more so they don't have second jobs would have solved the problem.
It wouldn't. As seen with this cluster, the majority of transmission has occurred at home, not at second jobs.
And if these people don't have second jobs, then they are spending that time out in the community at social outings (either public or private), once again, spreading the virus.

Asking the workers to go into their own lockdowns while not at work, and not socialise with anyone, is unreasonable.
Asking them not to work a second job, but allow social activity (which seems to be the line the journos are pushing) achieves nothing to minimise the risk of further transmission.

The key to stopping these clusters is to keep the disease in the medi-hotel in the first place!
