Mine just came up with an Ad for fixing a car after it's been keyed. This was a conversation I was having with a colleague about 15 minutes earlier

I browse with Firefox, or sometimes Opera, both equipped with an ad blocker.
Both are also set to delete cookies and search data immendiately on closure.
Firefox stores non-critical log ins I select to record under a master password.
Opera is set to store no log ins.

On my phone there are similar strategies, but they are not quite as effective, So, i don't use the phone for anything where privacy and security matters, and it is not linked to my email accounts or my banking. (I have a separate email address on the phone for unimportant log ins.)

Yep, getting 2-3 per day on my personal phone. Regularly get the same mob call trying to sell me solar power despite asking them to remove my name from the list. Reckon they do it on purpose after I threatened harm on them a few months back
