They are "ex" for a reason, just smile and wave, it really annoys them when they can't annoy you.

Some days I get 15 different personalities pinging through my phone via texts, I never reply to anything negative and I refuse to argue about anything.

My life sucks at the moment but it will get better.

True enough.
My first wife and I parted company in mid-1975 after 7 years of marriage, but kept running into each other in places where we had common interests.

First she was a bit snarky when I rolled up in my new 260Z, then when she saw me with the Israeli Army Sergeant (female) I was dating while she was in Oz for 3 months, and a few years later when I turned up in the dog pavilion at the Royal Show with the younger half-French girl who became my second wife. All that despite the fact the ex had moved in with a guy she eventually married only 3 months after we parted.

It even showed to her family - on one later occasion also at the Royal Show her sister said "Don't be snarky with my favorite ex brother in law!" and came over and kissed me.

The second wife lasted until she died in 2008 after 24 years together.

I met number 3 in 2014 and we married in November last year.

Qantas!

Trying to book a flight to Cairns yet when you come to the payment section no method works. Credit card or paypal just shows errors calculating the card fee. FFS

Jetstar fly direct to Cairns and will have daily flights from Aug 1.

Is Qantas a 2 flight option only?

No option for a direct flight.

The issue is I can't pay for any flight I want to book. Haven't been able to for over 12 hours nor get in contact with anyone from Qantas!

Suspected that. Appears only cash payments are working. Means an extra $200 for flights now

We're heading up in September. Flights were reasonable. $500 return with Jetstar direct. Qantas is shit. No direct flights
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Opted to fill up the tank on Marion Road rather than somewhere closer to the office - in part so I could get a cheap cup of substandard coffee to drink on the way.

Paid one-fortysomething per litre, and the coffee machine at the servo was on the fritz.

Got to Mawson Lakes to find that the juice was selling for 99 cents...
