Apparently we have to celebrate @Wedgie...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Beer_Day :

"International Beer Day has three declared purposes:

1. To gather with friends and enjoy the taste of beer.
2. To celebrate those responsible for brewing and serving beer.
3. To unite the world under the banner of beer, by celebrating the beers of all nations together on a single day."

Great choice mate, that place is going to be an absolute Mecca before too long, the blocks are huge and well priced, a taste of country living but close enough to all ammenities and once they've finished with the expressway travel will be a piece of piss.

I have a mate (yes, I know), who is a landscaper and has a landscaping supplies business in Two Wells, hit him up and let him I know I sent you, great bloke and will give you some great prices whether you book him or DIY.

HH3 maybe get the price before you drop LM’s name.
Just in case it’s cheaper ;)

Yeah I found it, and Mrs HH3 was against it until I drove her out there. Basically 15 mins from Mawson Lakes, which is where she'll be working soon, and the place is very nice at the moment.

The first display house we walked into was huge and I said, "Well, we definitely cant afford this", but we could with the land prices

Did the landscaper build in the same area? If so, our builder recommended we use him.

Ill get the details off you later. Even if we just offer him our soil and get out of paying for removal.

House as it sits on the block.

Wrapping up my work, offloading some jobs to other staff, sliding the magnet board next to my name to "out" and leaving in 10. Picking up Mrs C, and heading to Marvel for a feed in the Medallion Club tonight. Taxi pick up tomorrow 12 noon, then the sub continental adventure.
