That's right - he stopped playing league for Westies half way through this season.

And went to South Gawler.

Ok, i thought you meant he stopped playing "League" for South Gawler.
My understanding is he'll be staying in Whyalla next season, leaving South Gawler to play in the WFL.
That's what i'm trying to clarify.

i reckon i might know seeing as i am a good mate of his... he trains with North Whyalla to keep fit and comes back to Gawler on friday nights and returns sunday...

is it true daniel thomas is going back to kilburn next year as playing coach and taking some boys with him????

he will be going back and taking afew boys with him but i'm lead to belive that Steve O'Connor will coach them

Barossa District V Freeling for the 2007 premiership!!!

Freeling beat Tanunda by 3 points in last weeks prelim...tanunda were 7 goal down at quarter time, good comeback from the boxheads!

big game this week for Freeling and Barossa, might actually be closer than a lot of people think, last week Freeling got of to a flyer and held on for a 3 pt win, Barossa having the rest and the upper hand on Freeling this year will be extremly confidant. yes import quotas will change next year however Barossa will still have a few import spots and Freeling will actually have both Leal brothers and Lamond qualified as locals if they are able to keep them at the club for next year as well as 4 import spots
