I reckon pricks here keep codeine tablets in their lockers in anticipation for our randoms, they walk out the door with a big smile on their face knowing they have 3 days of paid leave ahead of them.

Codeine registers the same as other opiates, the test then goes to the lab which takes 3 days to return with the findings.
They get away with not having to work for that period and there are no repercussions.

Yep, you don't even need to be on a prescription, you can get it over the counter, you can say you've been unwell.
