Torquay RACV Resort course, Victoria.
The resort itself was unreal, We got a full guided tour before we played this morning defiantly reminds me of the better resorts from overseas, Really nice. RAA members get a full subsidy on everything purchased which is obviously a good thing even including green fees 2 of us played 18 holes for $59 dollars.
Only 2 of us made the trip today after last nights antics, It started this morning at the 7 Eleven for Borocca, Gatorade, Panadol and really bad sausage rolls but it did the job. I started with Birdie, Par, Par, Eagle so was obviously very happy with the start, I found the front 9 like Nick Del Santo 'Very short', 2 par 5's I was on both greens for 2 (1 Eagle, 1 Birdie) Unfortunately I did find water Twice and went out in 40.
Stoped and had a couple of quiet ones after 9 holes to make us both feel better it didn't work!
The back 9 we crossed the road to the 'beach holes' and that's where things got a lot more difficult, Strong winds blowing straight from the beach and it made things very tough, Come home in 47

For a total of 87, Playing partner played far better than yesterday he is off 16 and went 42 and 46.
The course itself for me was just good with out being great, Playing partner liked it better than 13th Beach but for mine that's cause he was 100 yesterday and 88 today. Fine mine 13th beach is far better especially the 13th beach fairways. I will give credit to the RACV greens very nice but very very quick. RACV is a beautiful looking course but 13th beach IMO everyday of the week, Although RACV is great value for money tho.
Checked out the Sands in Torquay that is defiantly out next game, Looks awesome. $85 a round.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........
