Cows Prediction

Postby dogbreath » Sun Sep 04, 2016 7:32 pm

As soon as the Cows AFL side is out of the finals race they'll be beatable.
Current AFL side fringe players will give up the chase and they'll be done with their play-pen and experimentation lab. Get your money on which ever club they are playing that week.
I also wouldn't be surprised if they get tapped on the shoulder by the SANFL and told to ease up for the 'betterment' of the competition.

All of which makes this a bigger farce than what we already know.

Like all true South Australian Crow Eaters I'll be barracking for North Melbourne so this happens sooner rather than later. It'd be a travesty if the 2 clubs with integrity get kicked out of the finals by them.

Yeah, I think I'd rather the Kangaroos win for the reasons you have just outlined.
However, if the Ravens found themselves in a Preliminary, I reckon the players would give it a genuine crack to get in to the Grand Final, the prize would be so much closer then. We really need South to put them out this weekend. I can't see it happening though, I don't think any of the sides, except maybe the Eagles would be able to beat them when they are interested in actually winning as opposed to practicing.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Unfortunately the Eagles can't beat the Pro Candy Cows IF they are fair dinkum, we can't keep dreaming that it's somehow real SANFL like we all
remember.... it's made for tv and pinhead afl knobs who think it's the AFL not the VFL!
I'd expect the Ravens to play a few less of their pro's this week, so as to quiet the riot down a bit...... just watch ;)

Yet just about every mainstream media outlet is blah, blah, blah about how they love the Crows and there's no issue with the reserves.
If the Crows ignored their fans just watch twitter and facebook explode.

I'm going the other way.
The only remaining side in the finals that hope beats them is South. Like Centrals, they tried to prevent this.

As for the others they can suffer in their jocks when the Cows pulverise them.

This constant bashing of the Crows is a yawn fest. When are all the whingers going to grow up and get over it. It's seriously boring
It's time to just accept it as they are here to stay,

Not as boring as the GF will be if the Cows play your hybrids in front of a crowd of 8K people and whip your ar.se.
That's assuming the SANFL give away 4K tickets.

Back in the early 1940s there were Parisians who adopted a similar attitude with a gallic shrug, while Hitler's panzers were still streaming across the Seine.

A few years later these same folk were paraded down Paris streets with shaven heads, publically shamed for collaboration.

Perhaps it's time to just change your user-name to "eaglehasflownaway".

Mother Nature demonstrates why it's a bad idea for Eagles to help out Crows.

http://www.geva.co/a-crow-was-seen-taki ... pert-says/

The article states that 'Crows have a Napoleon complex, a tendency to attack larger birds in their territory.' If that's the case, it's time they met their Waterloo.
