Steakhouse 66 on the Docklands, $20 lunch special was excellent value.

The Harbour Town Hotel, in the shadows of the Melbourne Star observation wheel, perfect quiet spot while the Mrs shops. Ruby Tuesday.

I'm up there in four weeks to help a mate in the election. Can't wait if it is like 2012 I'm going to have a blast

One bloke, if he had to "blow into bag" to prove he could vote with a "clear conscience" he was no chance....

Their is a lad I coach who helps out all the time and isn't exactly a superstar on the field but a nice kid, I should say young man as he is 16. The club gave him a family pass to the footy last Saturday night to go see the port v GWS game. Great gesture but I spoke to him last night about it and the convo went like this and this is what I rate.
This lad does have a learning disability and is very very new to football.

Me - you enjoy the footy mate?
Him - sure did, it's been an amazing week..
M - oh awesome, how come? You got something that tops the footy?
H - well, equal top... * massive smile on his face*
M - do tell...
H - *giggling* I spoke to a girl

High fives followed that comment.

May not seem like much but this young lad but his social skills are poor when he first came to the club and now he is growing in confidence.
Made my night that conversation.

Great story wub, well done to the young fella.

I also like that girls and footy are equal top...for now. As he learns more about both, he'll discover that when you're having a rough patch in one department you can use the other as a substitute! ;)
