How long until someone tries brewing with yeast taken from a thrush infection?

A two year old cooper's stout.
Smooth, light, delicious with only a slight bitter after taste. Image

Chest freezer that's been converted with a controller

Nah. The best way to sell it to the SWMBO is that kegging is cheaper in the long run instead of bottles...

This is what I was looking at. But unfortunately it won't be able to fit with the bar.
Will be going on gumtree next week.
The guy is upgrading his homebrew setup to fit in with his new outdoor kitchen.
He is looking for $700 and you can pay it off over a month or so.

Picked up some ingredients for a brew day with the B-i-L
He wants to do something similar a fat yak pale ale.

Will have some left over and will do up an american pale ale with predominantly a liquid amber malt.

Hope to put these babies down on Saturday night and they will be around 8 weeks in the bottle by Xmas which will be fine with the hops :drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers: :supz:
