Only caught the last 15 mins or so. Bays were within 9 points before the Ravens turned the game into a training run. No doubt that extra fitness base was telling :-"

It was only really the last 15 mins of the game where the Ravens actually pulled away. Was extremely impressed with Glenelg and the additions of Sawford and Reinbrecht in the midfield during the off-season has just been a revelation. Josh Scott is playing career-best footy and Sellar (6 spoils and 3 interecept marks) was extremely good against a very potent Crows forward line. Tim Sumner added that extra dimension up forward that the Bays desperately needed.

Greenwood, Keath and Gore were outstanding for the Crows. Hard to imagine Keath hasn't played for six years. Others like Henderson and Otten just look like they're going through the motions at SANFL level waiting for their AFL recall. Both got a fair bit of the ball but almost look disinterested or like they can't be bothered at times. You can tell the difference between the players that are trying desperately to win an AFL recall and those who just expect it.

Not sure if the TV picked up on it but I'm thinking a minimum of two at least. Absolutely shoved the ump out the way. He's stuffed. How he didn't get reported and the free not turned over, I have no idea.

Didn't pick that up on tele Scott, but I was watching in patches. Doesn't sound good, did you have a good view of it?

Really good game of Football; Crows just had the answers at critical times of the game, including when we got within 3 points late in the 3rd. Competitive losses are waring a bit thin though; must win at Prospect next week. From memory the crowd was 3,787.

How did the incident with Otten come up on tv? Heard our guy could be in trouble.

That can happen when you turn up to a game as a supporter of BOTH teams!

Well to clarify, I was referring to the first incident; have seen suggestions on social media that Summer could be in strife for his hit on Otten. Nobody around me actually saw the incident.

Had a good view of it. The Advertiser picked up on it too. Guess we'll find out today if the SANFL incident review panel saw it as well.

You'd think they must have. Afterall being Sanfull officials it'd be safe to assume they all read the advertiser ;)

Sumner and Ottens both referred to the tribunal. I'm expecting Ottens charge to be thrown out due to concussion from the Sumner hit.

Adelaide defender Andy Otten will front the SANFL Tribunal on Wednesday night after being charged with intentionally making contact with an umpire.
Otten made contact with field umpire Leigh Haussen during the fourth quarter of the match between Adelaide and Glenelg at Gliderol Stadium on Sunday. The AFL-listed backman’s case has been referred directly to the Tribunal by the SANFL’s Incident Review Panel, in accordance with the SANFL Tribunal guidelines.

GLENELG forward Tim Sumner will also face the SANFL Tribunal on Wednesday evening after being charged with striking Otten on Sunday at Gliderol Stadium. Sumner’s case has been referred directly to the SANFL Tribunal after the Incident Review Panel deemed he made intentional, high contact to Otten which was of high impact. A medical report noted Otten had concussion and was removed from the game shortly after the incident.

Is that the first time Sumner has been found guilty of striking?

Is this bloke in some strife? I reckon he's missed a few games with concussion over the past couple of seasons.

Seems I was right. Poor bloke.
