We are 20min from lunch.. if Weatherald doesn't throw it away, we probably creep to lunch without losing a wicket - then we are in a stronger position after the break to play more expansive at least.. now we are batting to survive till lunch

We need to find at least another 100 runs.

Hopefully Mennie can support Ross from here

Wobbling a little here...

If Mennie gets out it's almost better that Ross does what White did yesterday when batting with the tail - slog and pile a few runs on.

The key will be batting until tea to give Worrall and Mennie two cracks at them before too much damage is done on the scoreboard given that Sayers is unlikely to bowl. An hour today and an hour in the morning. If we have to bowl for 3 or more hours today its too many overs that Opie and Head have to bowl

Weatherald's dismissal would appear to be a turning point in this game...

Exactly, well batted Jake - tough call, but that shot cost us the Shield!

Be defending 170 I think, no Sayers, GONE!

Yep, lost 3/9 just before Lunch. Him and Ross were doing it so easily till he threw it away.

Terrible, terrible shot. Absolutely ridiculous! Just got dropped the shot before going for the slog, then tries the same thing next ball. What was he thinking! That sort of shot changes the game, and I bet we struggle to get a 200 lead now.

Granted, Jake batted well and is a young lad, but seriously Jake, WTF!!

It starts the collapse see, Carey out. Bloody idiots!

F***!!!

That shit belongs at Tambling Tce (0810) not Brighton Rd (5045) or Temira Cres (0800)
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
