I reckon that's a fair point.
It's interesting though to look at Denver (I think) who recentlyish legalised Marijuana. Crime rates down and they are earning millions every month that are put toward schools or other areas that benefit large communities.
Understand the drugs we're discussing are different, but both can lead to psych health issues after prolonged use - The legalised route means the income stream is there to better deal with any health related issues and relieve the strain on budgeted health funds from existing revenue streams.
I don't have a stand either way .. I used to think very Black and White like Carey, but now I'm not so sure. There's arguments on both sides that seem reasonable.
