North too good. Excellent 1%ers when needed.
West Coast didn't play the conditions well at all. Inaccurate kicking cost them.

Knocked the ball out of Priddis' hands and then threw his arms up and got the 50m penalty. Piss poor.

Piss poor maybe- but not cheating.
After the blatant, one sided crap we had to put up with from Ray Chamberlain you'll excuse me for feeling no guilt.

That was actually a really good win by the roos. Kicking against the breeze for the last term and having a history of 'going missing' when it gets tough, Very good win.

I haven't been watching the game but the free kick count in the Hawks v Saints game is 15-3

I bet you anything you like they'll start plucking bullshit ones to make sure it's near even by the final siren.

Very poor form I thought. I think any umpire watching will have their doubts next time on a legit one.

Gutsy win by north today.
If you ever break even or get the rub of the green against wc ya gotta make it count, it doesn't happen often. Harvey incident aside, umpiring was poor both ways but I reckon north just got the better of it at crucial stages.
That said, they looked out on their feet with about 8 mins left, found something when they needed it. I'd have Bastinac and Goldy in my side in a heartbeat.
Can't say it saddens me to see Waite playing poorly.
Good game of footy to watch, much rather see two sides battle the elements and use their nouse than a game played in a glorified gym with grass.

They wanted it a little bit more than West Coast in the end.
West Coast played dumb footy with the wind, which cost them the game. Had more inside 50s, more scoring shots. Just were lazy when going forward, which played into the Roos hands with heaps of numbers behind the ball and they defended well.

Copped a massive shoulder to the head from Razor Ray. Didn't get a heap of it, but applied plenty of pressure, layed 7 tackles.
