sounds like more of a try and get people to do it during the week when most are at work and not home

Yeah is this for real? I actually love when I hear the lawn mowers in the neighbourhood on a Sunday afternoon, generally means the weather is good and time for a beer. Surely this is rubbish?

This is rubbish.

It couldn't possibly be serious, given you are allowed to use mowers after 8am from m-s and from 9am sunday.

The water tax however is already happening.
