I'm sure if we hadn't won a game no one would have said a thing. Ah life at the top.... ;)

Seriously though WCP
- Mallee Miller
- Aaron Castley
- Ben Hurrell
- Kurt Stafford
- Cayden Hill
- Nathan Rynne
All these guys played A grade last year(not sure about Rynne)
Certain there a more than I've mentioned. (Maybe J Mills & Scruff Christian)

I'm not begrudging Bostons of success at all.
But simply asking how the points system is looking for you guys

Good call steakn, they are flying and kicking big scores at the moment and have added heaps of depth but I hope my club wins the race for the 3 kids that cant make the side Rees, Beare and Kolega, cant wait to see them line up in the blue and gold. Enjoy your premiership success WCP

Dont start bagging a team because they have started off so well.

For starters Malcolm M & Aaron Castley (& there maybe some others) dont attract any points because they played juniors at Bostons.

Great write up again Steakn, Your doing Ol' Bluey on a break.

& Waybacks to beat South, Rangers have had good 1st halves so far & i'll pick them in an upset over Mallees
& when an ex Tasman champ & life member says Bostons will beat Tasmans easy on Saturday, thats enough for me to pick Bostons.

I cannot believe the scores at Arctic Park last night in those horrendous conditions.
Bostons by 20 goals against the triple premierships team, by 17 goals in the B grade & about 14 goals in the U/17.
Did Tasmans have a lot of players out, or i wonder what is going on out there?

Looking at Sporting Pulse, It appears they had possibly 10+ first choice players out.
List depth being challenged seriously.

Bostons would have been close to full strength maybe? Solid looking team sheet. If Dylan Dunn plays like that most weeks it will help also. Probably one of the most naturally talented footballers i've seen.

Ben Hurrell is a gun....

So is No: 16, he moves really well, was good last year & has had a good start this season.

Malcolm M makes a huge difference also he's like a traffic cop out there & takes all the players to that next step

I wasn't at the game on Saturday night but...............I heard today that there was a kerfuffle at the Ravendale Complex.
Between prime movers from opposing clubs. An off-field incident, resulting in spectator suspensions.
Anyone interested in shedding some factual light on the event? Sounds like the football was the curtain raiser to Fight Night 4

Yeh It was a couple of club stalwarts whose sons play A grade for the respective sides.

The boston guy was evicted from the ground & banned for 1 game by his club, & the Tasman was sent upstairs for the night??

I suppose the MDO's had to sort this out, fine introduction for the Bostons MDO it was the coach Vorsty's wife!

the APPS calculations which may affect a couple of teams

KWF, for the uneducated can u enlighten us to the points process.?
my understanding when it was introduced everyone started on 15 but now we hear some on 21 some on 11.?.
Who polices it umpires, team mgr ,the league or no one?.
To qualify as a previous team member there is a 25 game min i believe-another grey area.

Hi Not a,
Im no legal expert but from what ive read a couple of clubs assumed that there were some leagues where players transferring were two points and some were three points this is not the case all leagues are now three and have been that way for two years.
the 25 game as a junior is interesting I think? that it counts from 13 years of age.
Some kids have played for a couple clubs during their early days so do they attract zero points for a multiple of clubs.
A guy like Malcolm Miller played some junior footy for Bostons becomes a zero, plays for Mallees is also a zero when or if he goes back there and would be a zero if he went back to Eyre United...I don't know where it stops??
Scruff Christian played for Rangers and Tasmans as a Kid and seniors played as a Mortlock Rep and possibly EP
went Eyre United and I think helped out the B's when they were short and goes to the Tigers as a zero.
a couple of Country leagues over the other side where my lads play the max. points a club can have is 15.
again not sure why there are these differences.

We might only beat Tasmans by 10 goals next time? 8)

Don't have any facts......I'm sure the club appreciates all the concern though and the thorough checking you are all doing on there behalf.
