He just needs time to build his team at clubs like ours. Keep us up any way possible and build from that.

I love the way his using Carlton cole and Kevin Nolan at the moment and for one of the few times in my 30 years West Ham have some serious depth, except the centre back position

Enner Valencia who played the ball across the box couldn't stop his momentum after playing the ball (plus he was ball watching) he then ended up having to jump into the away section to stop smashing into the advertising boards.

The Man City fans were genuinely helping Enner get up and back onto the pitch while having a laugh, the West Ham player who scored the goal Morgan Amalfantino then ran over there (im not sure whether to help Enner get out of there or to celebrate the goal) but he must have thought Enner was in a tad of strife and tried to grab him out with a tad of force. He faced palmed one Man City fan, while one Man City fan went to push him back on the pitch

In the end it was a non event but from a neutral point of view Morgan probably should have not jumped into the crowd which could have caused the situation to kick off. I think he may have just misread the situation or hasn't realised which part is the away section yet.

Agreed. Nolan is a great impact sub.

And yeah, need a fourth CB pretty bad, Reece Burke probably isn't quite ready to be that guy yet. But he and Oxford (if he stays) are going to be great CB's soon.
Need to get Reid signed on soon too.

Yeah the talk on the Knees Up Mother Brown website suggests Reid will sign by the end of this week.................................hopefully!

I think we will definatly buy one in the January transfer window but in the mean time if another one goes down Kayoute will play centre back where he did for Anderlecht in the Champions League all last year.

I honestly don't know if we will buy a new CB. Especially a decent one, maybe get an experience guy on loan for cover like we did with Roger Johnson.

Fast tracking Burke and Oxford should be priority. Especially Oxford, although I fear he's as good as gone to one of the big boys.

The hammers are so predictably unpredictable

People go on about 0-0 bore draws but **** me the atmosphere because of the tightness of the game was something I have never experienced

Had the old tingles up the spine from the first minute to the last it's just something I can't compare to any sporting experiences I have had in Australia including socceroos internationals (though I wasn't there that night against Uruguay)

With the bore fest 0-0 draw that people in australia go on about. You have to remember that these who comment on this are so blinded by AFL or mugby that they can not see this that a 0-0 draw yes does not bring a result but can be a great spectacle

Agreed. I also think a lot of games where the winner scores 3 goals never show the true picture of the game. Just because some scabby scouse, cockney cucumber eating soverner gits get lucky with 3 goals doesn't mean they deserved it or were the better team.

i have seen true 0-0 bore fests thou.

3 years ago we played newcastle away for the first game of season and all the hype about the new season, i fell asleep during that match it was that boring. My partner at the time was the first game she ever watch of the EPL and she characterised that match that every EPL game was like that.
She never watched another game of EPL, mind you we split 3 weeks later so lol
