Spot on, I rated him big time back in 2012 but injury & form have really let him down.
I suppose it's not talking out of school now, but I asked an assistant coach at North around mid-season about what's happening with Harper. He simply shook his head and said "very little".
Other players have overtaken him.

Already been robbed with 21 for Christensen, although if rumors are true perhaps the Cats were happy to just move him on and create a better environment at the club.
