Very happy with this result, Freo offer us more problems then Port. Very confident we will beat Port comfortably, no way will Port's small forwards get the room they were gifted tonight

Rubbish.
Our players would actually man up, Wingard never had anyone within 30m of him tonight. Total lack of respect by Lyon and garbage coaching.
I can assure you they wont have an inch of space next week

Great win to come back being 6 goal down playing rubbish footy.

Also love the fact Hinkley calmed em down after the game.

On to the Hawks very tough ask after a trip to Perth and the Hawks having a week to freshen up but hey it's a 2 horse race football is a funny game.

yep the best defensive coach in the league let their two best players run free, and it had nothing to do with the actual skill of those players to get away from said defenders.

The same was said after the elimination final about our players not getting enough space against Freo

Fraudmatles skills were deplorable tonight
They actually brought a skillful team like Port down to their level
Ports skill level was below what they are capable of as well

Ross Lyon has done great jobs transforming basket case teams SK and FR into accountable teams
But his teams have lacked polish in some finals games

Was a great game from a theatrical point of view to come from 4-5 goals down in a Final and win is always good

The games fortunes reminded me of the 1998 Grand Final
NM were killing AC in that final, but kicked too many points by half time , and lost
