Pretty hard not too.
Win four games and your in.Bahahahahaha.

*cough, cough* ... Wrong...

Can't see any of the top four that haven't won four games.
Ones that missed out weren't good enough.

My point was you seemed to indicate that 4 wins would get you into the finals, but actually 6 wins still wasnt enough for one side and 2 sides recorded 4 wins each.

ok.......lets set some of these rumours straight....
1..baldo is not captain .
2. .lutheran batted well and we dropped catches.
3..we were trying to bowl them out in time but fell short.
4..we missed finals...
5..we had a whole season to win games.
6..good luck to those in finals.
7..I dont give a rats arse if you like me or not. I am there to do my part , if I am agressive and go to far some times then so be it.
dont just put the crap on me , there are alot of other players worse than me.
I shook hands and congratulated lutheran players and said straight out that they out played us....guess that makes me a wanker ?
some of you keyboard warriors need to wake up to yourselves and get facts not rumours.
yes we missed out by a very narrow margin......we had a whole season to fix that ? cant rely on other matches to get you in.
rose park got an outright win to get them in and push us out ..well isnt that what you try and do to make finals.
so.....enfield , adel luth , fitzroy and rose park....I say good luck to you all and there can only be 1 winner ......fitzroy is my dark horse with rose park a close second.
enfield and lutheran have done very well to get into finals but think that is as far as they will go...IMO...
SO LET THE BAGGING OF BALDO CONTINUE.......PFFFT.

Yes and then Smith smashed Werman onto the next oval!

Baldo understand what you are saying completely, apparently there was some debate Sat night about Rose Park winning outright, wouldn't the two clubs do whatever they can to try make finals?

I know I would mate.
shit happens and unfortunately we were the ones who missed out. oh well, next time we wont leave it to chance lol.
sure we spoke about tanking and all that crap , but I honestly dont believe they did.
just trying to figure out why my name keeps popping up in these posts lol......but ehhh. top teams are playing finals and thats that.
hope they are all good matches.
someone has to beat rose park ( not cause I hate you) just think they have had there time and time for one of the other 3 teams to be premiers .....all for the underdogs.
but rose park have a full head of steam and will be very hard to beat.
good luck to all.

BALDO :)

Agreed, Rose Park look to be firing at the right time of the season - coincidentally since they got rid of that bald spud Hobbs!

With Clarke and Parrish leading the way and having someone like Hendo in the wings, their front line bowling attack is as good as if not better than the rest.

Wehrmann gets away and well we have all heard the reports from Saturdays hitting master class!

Rose Park clear cut favs to go 3 in a row for my mind..

While Rose Parks bowling attack is ok i wouldn't be putting it ahead of Fitzroy. I expect Pidge to play a big part in the final series and he is my man to lead Fitzroy.

Rose Park are playing ok cricket and also have the confidence of the last two seasons success. Will be a real tight game IMO.

Who did NEK think tanked Baldo?

para vista.......but as I stated before, that came about more from sour grapes on saturday night lol....
as I said though , I dont believe they (para vista) would tank....imo.
they are like us and very competitive ...but, if others read this .....I (baldo) am not saying they tanked.....just so the keyboard warriors dont start that rumour :)
dissapointment and a heap of piss leads to a lot of talk about this and that but at the end of the day we werent good enough ...simples really...

heard the same thing lmao.....
dont know what they think is going to happen ? we won....but missed out by a small margin....move on.
ok.....can anyone see the likes of smithy , hoddo , cuz , marshall and vines laying down ? they are just as competative as I am, if not more....
we had our whinge at missing finals on saturday night with some bevvies.....thought that was it.
but ......find out monday it has gone a little further now. letter to association ......dont know what this is going to achieve ? but maybe make a bigger mess.
Im not bagging NEK , but we just need to realise it takes a whole season to win or lose a finals berth.....not rely on one game.
move on......cmon guys enjoy the time with family now....or be like me and try and get a dual registration for pembroke old scholars (my old turf club)
and play a couple more games :)
good luck to all teams this weekend and next.

Funny thing is that if Para Vista had of won outright then they may have played finals.
Your talking about a club who has played Div 1 finals for as long as i can remember.
Could you imaging Vines going up to Cuz, Hoddo, Smith and Richie Marshall and saying, i know these guys beat us in a grand final 2 seasons ago but we must let them win and give ourselves no chance of making finals!
Bit disappointing to see this happen and have allegations like that leveled at the two clubs.

my understanding is that PV and RP had a mutual decision that they each bat 30 overs on the first day to each have the best possible chance to get an outright

this is only what i have heard
