Agree with Mr66, they look good but for the advertising! I know SANFL clubs must take revenue anyway they can get it and corporate sponsorship is vital but it's a shame that sponsorship so badly defaces the integrity of our historic gurnseys. South Adelaide jumper brand being the SA logo is constantly being altered in size in order to satisfy the demands of sponsors where now the sponsors logo's are far larger and more prominately located on the jumper than the emblem of the club they support. One thing the AFL does right is to preserve the integrity of the jumper with limited and stanard size placed sponsorship.

They are a necessary evil but that still doesn't make them aesthetically pleasing.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

I don't think it will. Against the Bays, the predominant red, with black sash, will definately be better than just wearing their usual jumper, especially at night...

If it means that Glenelg doesn't have to wear its poxy yellow training guernsey, then West's clash jumper is a Good Thing 8)

I thought it was gold?

Bump

Wore the new jumper in the first game and it looked good. Todays paper has the team poster with the new jumper.

When two teams clash often the visitors have to wear their jumpers inside out which is usually all white.

Having a clash jumper on the inside ready to go would be a great improvement.

Personally I applaud the version of the clash jumper Westies have chosen.
Effective clash, with same jumper design, just reverse the traditional club colours.

Innovation should be discouraged
Goodwork West. It will either work or be another Norwood lycra saga c1994

Picture of the reversible jumper in action for the first time. I think it looks excellent

Looks good, the home jumper looks like the red sash is bigger than normal, anyone else noticed that?

Should've got Damian Cupido to model it...

I thought the same and it appeared on one or two occasions last night that North players found West players with beautifully executed handballs that they though the red was their teammates. With the dull lights and the bigger spray of red you could point to that?
