Yeah not a bad pickup for them. Doing really well considering he hasn't played alot of footy. Lot to learn though. MAybe from Sir Bradman. Big turn out for the game which bought about good atmosphere. Was heaps slippery game. Umpiring in the B Grade match was pretty scrapy. Especially by the dude wearing white. Few touch n go calls. Wat ya think Riddler

Not making excuses for our loss, but we had two very very average umpires yesterday, didnt take control of the game, let the players make the decisions, swayed by the crowd.. it was a very poor showing.

yeah umpiring is interesting most the time is fair. Example of not is the trinity goal umpire on friday night who reports a saints player for alledgely striking the FB. Big call. And have to have witnesses cos no1 else saw this. Bit bias i think

This report has since been thrown out as the trinity goal umpire in question was on the turps while umpiring [-X

one of a few yelling out
seem to be a crowd favourite week in week out!

we seem to just like playing the second half every week
every game so far we have been even or down at half time (except kuarna)
dont know what it is but ffs i wish we would play 4 quarters

we get smashed in clearances cos we flat footed
and get outdone in crumbing
if we continue like we are we will fall over
cant keep doing what we are doing
Some like to say Arrogant, I like to say confident.

Well Wingfield reckon they had a few out prior to last weeks game but i don't know whether thats true or not. We were just switched on i think both sides kicked 7 goals in the first quarter. No B grade players came down though, there are only about 3 players i can think off who played B grade last year in myself, Stoney (our FF and former Div 1 A grade captain) and another bloke in the backlines. We will have the same side for most of the year, unlike last year where players chopped and changed between grades every second week making it impossible to play as a team so hopefully we can be a bit more successfull this year.

St Pauls are going alright, quietly going about their business...Should be 2 cracking games this week!
How are your D's travelling? thought they might of given Wingfield a bit of a scare but unfortunately you didn't.
