Brown 750g lean mince beef w/ one diced brown onion, two cloves garlic, and chilli powder (my own stuff).

Add ~800g chopped tomatoes and a splash of water. Also add TBLSPN apple cider vinegar and worcestershire suace. One TSPN each of ground cumin, ground cinnamon, allspice. Half TSPN of red cayenne pepper. Half TSPN salt. One and half TBLSPN of cocoa powder.

Simmer for an hour or so until nice and thick.

Serve over pasta and always top with red kidney beans, fresh diced white onion and a generous serving of grated sharp cheddar.

Sounds fantastic, have you thought about putting the beans in the cooking process?

If I'm doing leftovers I just stir them through at the very end.

She doesn't appear to be holding a cigarette, apart from the obvious I don't think she has much going for her. A bit hideous IMO.
