Didnt realize your comp was soley ran by one bloke. We have been car pooling for years to your grounds. You have to do it and you can't do it? Terrible effort

One bloke does all of the secretarial work, a bit hard for someone else to waltz in and fill his shoes straight up without a blemish, the bloke does an enormous amount of behind the scenes work. I think keeping the association running smoothly outranks ensuring an under 21 association team has adequate amount of training sessions.
We have 7 senior grades, 6 junior grades and 2 womens grades, they do a great job in keeping it running.
IMO, the SAMCA cup comp's are a bit of a joke, no set match dates, venue changes at last minute, season before last they found out where they were playing on their way there.
If it was seniors I'm sure they would've gone in for a bevvie, I think you are having a sook over nothing.
Find some real issues or stay in your own thread.

2. Squad was thrown together and not organised well in advance? CHECK
3. Chosen squad turns up at the revised venue at the correct time for the game? CHECK
4. Squad endures warm cordial and worlds worst lunch? CHECK
5. Squad still beats ASCA? CHECK

Hmm... struggling to understand how that makes PDCA the joke!?

sounds like me mate, my first knock of the year lasted 1 ball, didnt even play a shot and middle stump flew lol.

i have had 4 innings now, only played 3 and a half games, too many commitments
