Oh, and anyone wondering what's wrong down at Enfield only need scroll through the last 5-6 pages. :? Club mates/team mates having an anonymous, public crack at each other and criticising the decisions the Club has made around leadership. Somebody really needs to take the bull by the bloody horns over there and weed out these type of prats, otherwise the culture of the Club will just continue to fester and end up self-capitulating. Wally Johnson & Gordon Turner must be rolling in their graves! Unbelievable...

if you have a problem with your club or someone in it , at least have the balls to do it face to face before posting it on here.
great reading but bloody hell work it out lads.
dont like my skipper....boo bloody hoo....put your hand up if you think your better.
if not sit down and shut the f*** up and let them do what their doing...it is cricket, every one can do better than the captain  just ask all players and they will tell u , oh I would have done this and that.
if you dont speak up and say something well , as I said your a wanna be captain but does not have the balls to stand up.
this is my opinion and no one elses , as an outsider from another club , enfield have a rough road ahead of them. but good luck and weed out the leeches and maybe your club will be better for it.
we need more clubs in all grades , not idiots. we have enough of them in all grades as it is  hope you (ENFIELD) start working together and we may see you in div 1 soon hopefully........IMO.

Agree with both here it is quite annoying people from my club bagging us captains. Dont hide behind names on here either tell us in person or step forawrd and help the club out and put your hands up..
The A grade is a hard job atm for sure we have our best 11 in the A's and we are 1-4 means we need to improve.. The B's game was just one of those games fitzroy bowled well, took some awesome catches so never could recover people who didnt turn up 2 had good excuses one didnt so bye bye.. The B's are still 2-3 one point out of the 4. Two of our best players went to the A's (which should happen if performing) We are going to continue losing players if people dont shut up and actually help or put there hands up..

Unfortunately I just dont think your club has the cattle at the moment to be competitive in Div 2. I believe you do have your best XI playing in the A grade, and no doubt it's a hard job, just got to stick with it I guess.
I honestly wish your A grade did have more success, especially for guys like Adam Gully who has given everything to that club for such a long time now and remained so loyal, he deserves success in the A grade...

... I just like stirring up your club on here because it's just too easy to get a reaction ;)

I think the bloke with a name very similar to an ex crows coach causing the infighting of his club on here got dropped from the C grade and even though he's training still can't get a gig. Could be a case of sour grapes?

If there is sour grapes, cut the umbilical cord and get a divorce. These situations cause nothing but problems for all and sundry.

I can’t disagree with has been said in regards to people saying stuff face to face. I hate the idea that someone has to hide behind a name on a forum to voice what they have to say and to be honest finding it hard to take seriously.
I will say that we have weeded out the trouble makers in the past, but in doing so have been bagged and continually criticised because some have been players that have had some ability. So how do we win as a club, if former disgruntle players and people from outside the club want to continually attack us without having the full facts.
Again I state that we invite people to come down to our training, to talk or see what we do, have a beer as well, as we have nothing to hide. It would be nice for others to go off facts before attacking. What people are not seeing at the moment is what is being done to help continue Enfield in the future. At this stage we are working on having a team of juniors next season, as well as the number of younger age players we have at the moment. It might take a few more years before we see the results that we want, but the aim is to get there. So while there is a small number that are “In fighting” I would like to think knowing what is going on at the club that both Wally and Gordon might not be rolling in their graves so much.

Surely it's Shaun Holland? :D
Brooklyn Park (I know they're only in div 4) have a pretty good all rounder in Trent Surch. Could easily play in any div 1 side I reckon, bowls quite sharp & leads the batting averages I think.
