Nice to meet UK Fan

Agreed - surprising considering we copped both Williams and Dey (what did Centrals and West do to deserve this).

Rather those two then Rowston.

Spurr's mark was meh.

Centrals keep on struggling to 5-6 goal wins.

Inside 50 stats and scoring shots are misleading. Centrals will pass up a chance to kick to the goal line to spot up a target, even if that means skirting around 60-70 out from goal and just hitting the hot spot. We could have bombed away as most other teams did and end up with 12-18, instead we make our shots high percentage and kick 17-5.

Our kicking at goal was a joke. It was almost as if we had decided to make the goal umpire work for his money because he certaintly didn't have to work when centrals were having shots on goal.

Kirkwood's mark was better than Spurr's imo. Central's had the game under control from about the 20 minute mark of the first quarter and were never going to lose.

Some good signs from us yesterday and am now very confident we will beat the Eagles next week. If not, season over.

Also a reminder to some centrals fans, it is not a free kick everytime an opposition player goes near a centrals player. Some of their supporters really had no idea.

(and some West supporters are sooo easy to stir as well). Birss has come a long way in a year, I thought his days were numbered after some of his efforts last year.

Something I'd like to know as well.

It was embarrassing to see only about 80 bloods supporters there yesterday.

Yes if played well yesterday. Has been a bit down of late (as well as the rest of the team) but it was good to see him play well. Hopefully he continues that into the last third of the season.

Were you there yesterday blacky? If you were, you'd know how strange your comment is. However, I guess you're not a frontrunner if your sides 7th. If you were there, It would'nt have been hard to recognise you, if you wore red and black.

Ah yep, you must have been the one standing between the West bench and the grandstand (half way up), assuming you weren't the runner (no red and black), a reserves player in the stand, or behind the goals in the group waving the flags. ;) I don't think you have too many frontrunners.
