Add this to the list - P Dudley to a hills club with a lot of $$$$ and splash it about. How do you reckon that's gonna end up...

I think now the questions have to be asked, what are the clubs thinking when they are chasing him? No loyalty! Money or whatever better spent on keeping kids around the club. Long term gain short term pain.

Heard last night that a certain club in EEFL has offered a young u/16 from a PLFL club $120 per game to move.
If this is true, then WTF. Please tell me it is not true. What a way to introduce the young guy to senior footy. Tainted for the rest of his life,.,.. :(

Not sure how you can justify paying a 15yo kid $120 to play footy. Yes clubs here pay players and have done so to entice them to travel but I cannot see any PLFL club stooping to this level.
Your post indicates to me that my information was correct however......

What a load of crap.

Please tell me how many players from outside PL sign with a PL club then go find a job in the town. Almost all of them move down to PL for employment opportunities and the PL clubs then fight tooth and nail for them.....

BTB can you not put that sort of stuff on this site half the u/17 and Agraders in the town
will be going up to EEFL :D
Seriously money doesnt buy loyalty and with real country footy clubs
they rely on volunteer labour from the bar to tidying up to line marking and ground
maintenance and working bees those that flash in and flash out dont contribute
in any way shape or fashion.
what 15yo is worth money and where is his contribution?
