Buckley gets 1 point to join McLellan but Thompson scores 3 to be only 1 point behind and he is on the favorite in the last

What luck in Townsville for guys not on the two fighting it out... last race Abandoned which means refunds....

Spewing Brown goes down by 1 point in Cessnock... Had an AOJ Cessnock/AOJ Townsville double... would've got a collect at least with 1 more point... though a 4 way tie wouldn't have been that good a collect!!

Not good for me as I had a Whiteley/Newitt double and a Whiteley/Newitt/Buckley treble going.

Hate to say it, but Gattsby is riding OK at the minute.

Amazingly Neilson not out of it at the Bridge .. Would obviously need a lot to go right, but it's not inconceivable that he could ride a couple more winners.

Either way theres a good chance someone could finish on double figures and NOT win the JC lol
