Don't people like the fact that the Bunster actually has the odd bit of substance behind his info?
any word on Rogers departure from West yet?
Bunton on RUMOUR TIME ALREADY thread wrote:Rumour mill has it that Daniel Healy will NOT get the "Don't come Monday" afterall.
Instead, today he'll get the "Don't come Friday (tomorrow)" ....
With Griffen involved at North, I wonder if it North will try to limit their significant payout on some legal technicality?

Well respected by who?The Board, and we know what a fine group of football judges they are ..... not. Remember one common factor right through the Jars and Healy years has been Bluey developing the youngsters ... ho hum! Most of the players who took North to Reserve premierships in 2005/06 were methodically shown the front door or left to get a game (ala Grooke who play in a premiership side the following year).
Apart from the long 1st grade injury list in early 2010, the playing group played more as individuals and not as a team. On paper the list looks good, but a team of champions will never beat a champion team. It took Centrals some time to develop this concept, and they are deservedly reaping the benefits. All they are doing now is tinkering around the edges as needed to keep the club strong.
North has to get over the 1st hurdle, play as a single unit and become a stable side like Central.
It will NEVER happen overnight, and especially with whole-sale changes.
With all the bagging and negativity, no-one has noticed that the last 3 games of the season actually showed some team cohesion. We were looking like a team, and Healy and his coaching staff played their part in achieving that. Well done.
I believe that Healy should have been given his third year of the contract to see through the team development he had started. A new coaching group will not help the stability that was starting to develop in the side.
