good blokes, just bad judges on a good competition, they think its such a great comp, when the same team has won the darn thing for the last 3 years, and are beating teams by 50 goals, dont get me wrong, if the top 6 played div one and the rest div 2, with a promotional system where top of div 2 goes up and bottom of div one goes down, then the southern league would be the envy of all the leagues...

Not a bad list Sotters. Bradshaw is Reynellas best though. Tedmason & Manhood are handy from Porties. Hilly from Morphies Would be my pick, but i think he did his knee in the finals. Overall its a pretty even league without too many stars. Just need some of the lower teams to recruit well to bridge the gap. Apparently Aldinga may have done so. Good on em

Tallked too a few of the boys from Christies on the weekend. At this early stage only picked up Paul Meekins from Jervois. Lost a few from last year. Not much height there, still in talks with a ruckmen, hopefully signs soon.

Can anyone confirm that port noarlunga's A grade coach quit this week? Heard it last night.

Also are the Reynella players originally from Mclaren (Broughton, Hockey and co.) going back to Mclaren this season?

Yep David Broughton and Scott McCade are both training with McLaren again.

I'm not sure about Aaron Hockey as I'm pretty sure he had a shoulder reconstruction late last year and I heard he probably wasn't going to play.

Interesting to hear that Norm may have quit the Porties job.
