Woke up this morning with a ripper headache, not from getting on the turps but from the 4 lumps in my head I got from bumping it on the top of the bloody Smithfield interchange bench

Can I have a show of hands anyone else who's potentially knocked themselves out on this particular bench?

The Plympton Sports and Recreation Club, which is the governing body for all the sports clubs at plympton, almost demanded a general enquiry when the cricket club missed the finals by a couple of games. And we as a cricket club were still in a rebuilding phase.

If the football club miss the finals, with what was in reality div wide considered as a list that should be a major player in this years finals with a b grade that had won two flags in a row proving there was depth within the club, if the 1s miss the finals then look out!

The president of the PS&RC will without doubt be forced to create the same hysteria that he did at the end of cricket season.

I must say I am amazed that Plympton are sitting 4-6 (Realistically 3-7). Yes we did play them with pretty much our B's running around in our trial earlier in the year, but I was still very impressed with the way they moved the ball that day. I honestly picked them for the flag in April, but i'm with Jabber in officially saying they are GORN!!! I hope you prove me wrong because I had a carton of Pale on it

regardless we were very very average today..... Elizabeth were very impressive...
we just gotta worrying bout making the 5 now... but there is ALOT of work to do before that...

Well played elizabeth y day gave us a lesson in wet weather footy, clearly showed more want to get to ball first and were still very clean with there hands despite conditions. As for plymton well dont really know what to say top 5 spot on the line a great 1st quarter then the rain comes and bye bye dogs. Our supporters have had enough and all have their opinions of what is going wrong which are mainly pointed at the coach and his training and game plan in my opinion the coach can only do so much the 21 arent following game plans and to many wont to do their own thing! Smithfield next week is like a grand final lose and 2 games out of five I hope the boys can pull it together

Having played under Steve Symonds his game plan if it hasnt changed is a very simple one that IF followed will win you games and possibly a premiership. I believe that the players are the ones to blame, are they thinking they are world beaters out there and better than they thought. It doesnt help if key players go away overseas and dont do a preseason.It takes a while to get that fitness base because everyone is months ahead of you.

Brahma boys, How's Jack Sansbury going out there? Has he played every game in your B's since crossing over?

Not every game because of injury but is going quite well. I enjoy having Jack in the side as he certainly improves the team by having him in there. He will be out there this weekend against rosies

Good to her. He's a very talented footballer and cricketer, just needs to have his head screwed on tight.

Nah he got on with the coaches just fine, he still comes back to the club- I saw him there Saturday. He left because he was playing in the C's and wasn't getting pickied for a game in the B grade and he felt he should of been picked before other players. Buckets was reluctant to pick him because of his laziness and lack of commitment. Just needed a change I guess.

where have you been mate hiding under a rock all your life.I was near there supporters will always give the other teams crap.Not just amatuer leauge all leagues.Pretty ordinary effot anyway by brahma lodge not going in for a beer after the game,i bet least a handful of rosies would of done that in the 1st round.

Freezing cold and muddy and no hot water makes it tough to have a beer. A bloke tried to fix it - lasted 10 seconds and off again. Unfortunately thats Rosies fault.

Cold shower was painful but had to be done! Dont understand how guys can just put their clothes straight on after a game of footy without having a shower!

Rosewater do have a good set up there for sure..
