anyone know why my xbox sound is hell scratch, sounds like its a record with the niddle skipping etc.
will cut in and out, does it all the time for everygame.

anyone have any suggestions?

Use whatever pisses people of more. The c4 death perk is good for that.

i use that... especially good for dropzone... which is pretty much the only game mode i play atm...

If you want to piss people off become a sniper, use a silencer, blind eye pro, assassin pro and dead silence pro. Then find hiding spots on the maps and pick people off

Here is another. PP90, rapid fire, extended mag, kick, steady aim, quick reload and hardline. Then fmg akimbo. Just run around hip firing, and keep getting care packages, predator missles and choppers. On domination, capturing flags count in your kill streak.

Campers are easy to get revenge on though. Unless its hardcore mode.

I am so bad at sniping.
I can't seem to hit anyone but I seemed to die if other snipers just shoot near me

Try a different hdmi cable. Try another hdmi component. Use component cables and an optical audio cable. How old is your xbox?
