The digital set top box/ recorder has decided it doesn't want to "load up"

The question is would it be the digital receiver part if the hard drive recorder bit???

Any suggestions of places to go to get it looked at?

And yes dog_ger, it would be easier to get a new 1, but would like to keep this 1 ;)

LOL @ dogger comment.

Try an electronic repairs person.

Technically you can take the harddrive out of some and still read the info on it. If its not booting at all I'd say somethings gone wrong and the HDD is ok.

No idea, if you have had it less than twelve months (manufacturers warranty), just ring topfield (In Adelaide that is G & S Agencies) and they'll tell you who the service agent is...

Otherwise whoever's cheap...

My advice on this is always crap, because living in a place like Pt Lincoln, there's only one "guy" that does that sort of thing! Adelaide it's probably a dime a dozen...
