i need help with my daughters ipod nano if anyone around is able please.
when she plugs her earphones into the ipod and turns the colume up it is very faint even though the volume "meter" says its at full volume. there is also a padlock at the high end of the volume meter
any help is appreciated

i cant find a volume limit option in the settings menu anywhere

i had the same problem a while a go but it wasn't a problem with the ipod it was the headphones try another pair if you have one
