Listening to radio though IPhone....data usage??

Hey everyone,

Just wondered if any could tell me how much data would I be using when I listen to the radio at work through my IPhone.

I have 3GB of data per month.

I get a bit sick of listening to the usual Adelaide radio stations and was hoping to stream a radio station from overseas/interstate at work.

I am a tradie so I would be looking at listening to it say 6 - 8 hours (approx) per day.

....or would I blow my limit out the sky???

Any advice would be appreciated.....

Cheers

Southee ;)

You'd go through about 40 megabytes an hour.
That's an overestimate but thought you'd prefer that to the other way.
Do it for a day or 2 and look up your usage for those days in your account details.

Your battery life would take a huge hit too, so unless you can recharge it during the day you would have a dead phone by afternoon smoko.
